Jarrow Formulas® Resveratrol contains 100 mg of resveratrol (3;4’;5-trihydroxystilbene) and resveratrol glucosides (piceids) extracted from Hu zhang (“tiger cane”) root; also known as Polygonum cuspidatum. Polygonum extracts have a history of usage in traditional Eastern medicine as cardiotonics.
Jarrow Formulas® Resveratrol provides approximately 90% resveratrol in the trans configuration.
As an antioxidant; resveratrol supports cardiovascular function by inhibiting LDL oxidation; upregulating nitric oxide synthesis and promoting the integrity of capillaries.*
Resveratrol has also been studied for its ability to activate Phase 2 detoxification enzymes to maintain healthy cell replication.*

Excellent!
I have been taking Resveratrol for many years and highly recommend it. It is an antioxidant and anti inflammatory. Many benefits include keeping the body healthy from diseases such as diabetes and cancer. In my opinion resveratrol is one of the most important supplements to take!

I take this high quality resveratrol supplement before bed, as well as a low dose of lithium oratate, fisetin, and glycine. I take a separate NMN in the morning, and the combination of the aforementioned ingredients synergistically improve my energy levels, appearance and overall well-being. Jarrow products are always a good way to go!
