Dimension Specifications: The length of this truck ramp is 45-5/8 inches, the width is 14-1/2 inches, and the height is 9-5/8 inches. It will seamlessly accommodate various vehicles (12" tire size), such as trucks, buses, forklifts, and similar. The 17-degree angled edges will discourage accidental roll-offs (utilize wheel chocks to lock vehicle movement). It also allows you to elevate vehicles for undercarriage inspection and service.

- What is the Material: It is engineered from high-strength alloy steel for maximum durability and structural integrity in demanding environments. The welded sturdy frame protects the ramp from bending, warping, and structural fatigue.
- What is the Ramp Surface Finish: The entire ramp (except the handle & caster wheels) has a blue powder coating that protects it from corrosion (after contact with water, scratches, abrasion, surface wear), and from changing weather conditions (sunlight, rain, temperature changes, etc.).
- What is the Top Surface Design: The truck ramp has a diamond tread pattern. The raised textured design makes the top non-slip for vehicles and technicians, ensuring stability. Moreover, the grooves will disperse water, mud, and dirt, and ensure superior tire traction in wet or oily conditions.
- What is the Base Surface Design: The ramp features 5 mm thick non-skid rubber matting at the bottom (both legs). It is secured via a bolt-on mechanism. It will enhance safety and restrict ramp slippage during vehicle loading and unloading.
Retractable Handle & Caster Wheels: Our ramp features a pair of built-in, hidden, raised caster wheels and a retractable handle (19-3/4") for easy maneuvering, quick ramp positioning, reduced physical strain, compact storage, and an efficient workflow in the workshop.
- How it Works: The caster wheel engages and raises when you pull the retractable handle out, and disengages/raises when the ramp is ready to be used with a vehicle (the handle is inserted back into the ramp).
- What is the Mechanism: The double-iron caster wheels allow smooth movement between the shop floor and positioning underneath the vehicle. Just push and maneuver the T-handle in any direction. A single person can carry it from one place to another, saving manual labor.
- What are the Materials: The retractable handle is constructed from robust metal and features a soft, cushiony rubber handle grip to reduce fatigue/stress. The handle has gone through an electrophoresis process to protect the metal and extend service life. The caster wheels, 1 inch wide and 4-3/4 inches in diameter, are constructed of iron.
