The framework is made out of a beautiful commercial-grade mill finish aluminum that will not rust. The hardware is stainless steel and provides additional support to the durable frame. The awning fabric is woven out of the Beauty-Mark branded 100% acrylic fabric and has resistant coatings to help (1) maintain its rich color while being exposed to harsh UV rays, (2) prevent mildew and soil buildup, and (3) maintain a water resistant barrier allows for rain to roll off of the awning and not soak through the fabric.
