I rated this a four star but not for lack of a quality product. First I must say that the shipping on this was crazy fast. I ordered on a weekend (which I expected the shipping estimated timeframe to start on Monday. It was at my door Tuesday afternoon. Jimmy John's commercial was playing in my head. lol I am still waiting on another product to arrive that I ordered days prior to this so kudos given on that for sure. I was shocked in a pleasant way at how well constructed this was. The holder, the handle, the spring technology, it wasn't "feeble feeling" at all.. The overall design and construction was admirable. Ok now to the lack luster part. The cleaning cloths arrived in a white and black package with oriental symbols. The package was not reseable just open once and it is forever open. They were dry cloths so I can deal. Taking a single cloth was an impossible task. I opened the package further and a clumps of cloths came out. I realized they were somehow adhered at one end (which explains the issue). I tore one cloth off and tried the get the remaining cloths back in the package, tearing the package further in the process. Now in my cupboard there in a "package" on dry cloths. The term package I use vaguely because at this point it is useless. The product cleaned well and easily. I have used it a few times now and yes it does a nice job. It is worth the price they charge if you are cautioned about the cloths. The silicon scrubbing head allows you to get in those hard to reach areas. We even have a bidet and I was able to clean that far easier than with a bristled scrub brush. Overall, I would purchase this product or buy it as a gift. I wish I had came across it far sooner than I did.
