I haven't found anything I don't like about it. I bought the 12,000 btu. i was hoping that that with fingers crossed, it would at least cool the living and dining open area. there's a wall between the kitchen and living room. We had an LG, and i had to put a 25" standing fan in front of it on high just to cool the living/dining room. the fan didn't blow very hard. this one has all 3 rooms cool and blows so hard it would blow your wig off. lol. im very, very glad i purchased this ac. I'd never heard of the brand, but with the prices for the same ac from different name brands so much higher, this is the one i could afford to purchase. you can get a 3 or 4 warranty. By next summer, i want the rooms. we are cooling to have this brand of ACs in them. sorry for suvh a long review. 😀

Well, I actually ordered the wrong air conditioner, and I have not even taken it out of the box, I ordered it online and I don't know where the receipt is and not sure if I can return it.
