High quality, excellent value
I love this product. Muira Puama is one of my favorite herbs. Swanson's Muira Puama is as good a quality as I've ever tried and significantly cheaper than most other sources I've found.\n\nMuira Puama consistently gives me a wonderful lift in mood, libido, energy, and a general sense of well-being. The only negative I can say about it is that if taken daily for too long (perhaps more than 2 weeks), the effects eventually dissipate. Otherwise, I would use it every day. As it is, generally use it on weekends only to keep my tolerance down.\n\nIf interested in it's aphrodisiac properties, I highly recommend combining it with Catuaba Bark. They have a wonderful synergistic effect.

great support for libido
As a perimenopausal woman I have concerns about decreasing desire. I find that stacking this along with catauba and tribulus as well as maca have really helped. I can't keep my hands off my boyfriend!
