Mayes 10219 24" Yellow Steel Rafter Square

I ordered this specific square due to declining eyesight. Reviews elsewhere boasted of much easier use with the yellow in contrast to black and chrome colored squares. The one I received was black with white markings not yellow! However, the label did show the model number of 10219. Everything I find online says this should be a yellow square. It is a fairly nice square with decently good markings even though they are surface printed with no etching, which I was aware of. The markings are pretty clear and clean and the square was truly "square". It would have been well worth the price had it been in the correct color. If you are okay with possibly receiving a black one it would be a good purchase. Mayes should get this problem straightened out. My wife picked mine up and it was wrapped well so she didn't inspect it. I suggest you inspect your order before receiving it if color matters to you.
