Would reccommend a more trustworthy lock

I bought this in store and got home and opened it and read the directions because I've never had one of these before. It said a word was supposed to come with it and it didn't. Instead of taking it back to Wal-Mart I e-mailed the Word Lock customer service to see if they knew of a word or could send me a new one with a word. I never got a reply back. I spent a couple hours total on trying to figure out a kid friendly word that it may have been and I did end up figuring it out. The lock definitely does feel/seem cheap, but that is what I paid for. So far the lock has served its purpose for my 7 year olds bike, but I'm thinking of getting a more durable/trustworthy one.
