Schlage Bright Brass Steel Electronic Deadbolt

I purchased a Schlage Camelot (Polished Brass) electronic deadbolt several years ago and have had no issues what so ever. Then this last week I received a phone call from my wife telling me she was locked out of the house. I replied, how did that happen? She said the battery dead on the lock and I asked her get the key that we had hidden in the garage. She replied, its in the house because I had to use it earlier fhis week because the bsttery was dead. I asked her if you knew the battery was dead why didn't you say something to me? Needless to say I had no other option but to break to lock off the door with a 10 pound sledge hammer. It took nearly 2 hour of careful beating on the lock before I was able to break the lock off without damaging the door. This lock is so solid I highly recommend the Schlage electronic lock to all I talk to. I replaced the Camelot deadbolt lock with the Plymouth deadbolt only because the Camelot is no longer available in the Polished Brass. Thank you Schlage for making a solid electronic deadbolt like at a great price
