It is crushed barley grains of various shapes, peeled from flower films. Beef grits, unlike pearl grits, are made without grinding and polishing, so it has more fiber. The product does not contain GMOs, flavors, preservatives, colors. Dishes made from barmade cereals help our body to cope with allergic reactions. Energizing, dierative and anti-inflammatory properties of barley are used in the treatment of obesity and diabetes mellitus. Date of production shown on a package. Expiration date is according to European standards DD / MM / YYYY. Shelf life 12 months. Store in a cool and dry place. Directions: Wash the groats Put it into boiling and salted water in the ratio of 1:2.5. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Hold lidded for 5-10 minutes. Add some butter to taste.
