Heavy and sturdy shade for sun and pesky neighbors. Can stand on its own or be secured to a fence or house, which is perfect for my needs. Almost no building required unless you're going to secure the base to brick or wood. Instructions are a miss but it's pretty straightforward when you have it in front of you.
