Having advanced osteoarthritis in both knees, the stiffness was really getting to be a problem. Doctors pushed me for knee replacement but I've seen too many disappointing outcomes and was not interested. I've tried many supplements that worked for a short while and then the effectiveness seemed to wear off. I decided to try Omega Joint and was amazed at how quickly results showed up. I have some minor stiffness but the pain is gone. It is recommended to take 3 per day. I started out with only one per day. It helped somewhat, so I went to 2 per day. A.m. and P.m. and have been totally satisfied! No fishy aftertaste or fish burps either.
