Sent used toilet seat!

I had ordered this toilet seat. I had gotten a notice that it was running late a couple of times. When I did get it, it had been previously used/bought. The package was all scotch taped up what parts were left of the packaging. In it was also the return slip of why it was unsuitable from the previous owner. Part of it was that it didn't fit correctly. So, obviously it had been on their commode. Not cool!! I was charged full price and waited extra time for a used toilet seat!
