This product is a great one with intelligent features. Never have we experienced such a quiet air conditioning unit. Other than what we experienced receiving the unit in its condition, it came pretty fast. The WiFi installation features for ourselves, will take a little time to get used to. We may need a specialist that knows WiFi technology a bit better than ourselves to actually accommodate the overall functionality since it requires 2G WiFi connectivity, and we have 7G, 5G, 2G, maybe more. What's distributed in its location will be addressed maybe after we replace the AC we ordered this unit to replace. And a need to know for anyone purchasing the unit in a help yourself unboxing and installation,… the instructions, the box, every place of given instructions does not show or tell you (“THE REMOTE CONTROL IS PACKED UNDERNEATH THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WITHIN THE WHITE BOTTOM BOXED CUSHIONING ITSELF.”) The top of our box was in such a shape, and not seeing the remote within the packaged instructions and parts themselves… that gave time to wonder if our unit had been delivered with the remote control itself. (“THEN LIKE THE HOLY SPIRIT CAME OVER ME AN ANSWER TO LOOK UNDERNEATH THE UNIT NOT YET LIFTED OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE PACKAGE AWAITING INSTALLMENT THERE BEFORE ME… ((( Found it!!!))) … THANK YOU LORD MY LOVE FOR LIFE ALIVE!!!”) The boxed air conditioning unit, “the one we ordered brand new” has the remote control packaged underneath the boxed unit itself safely within that “foamed packing” centered safely within. The control that makes this unit work perfectly too, besides the WiFi features overall. Knowing this remote is one of the sweetest remote controls ever to reach my capable hands, as you will too soon understand, this and the wonderful features of this air conditioning unit… a unit you might not actually hear while it's on… This Air Conditioning Unit may be the Best Unit we've ever owned. And I'm certain that I may be the only customer to have ever received the unit as mentioned here too. My experience hopefully makes your experience your greatest experience too. My suggestion is to trust the vender, trust Walmart plus, Trust me too. My unit purchase is believed to be as shown, marked down around half the price normally. The unit just tested after the electrician installed the lower amp breaker and the normal plug, then had me turn it on… this unit for my overall experience, is maybe the best choice made over all the various brands that “W ,” Walmart gives us choices to purchase. Now you will know where the remote control may be found in your “DIY,” do it yourself, purchase and home installation too. Best of endeavors to the likes of all customers, venders, sales delivery drivers too. Thank all of you that continue to serve me living in extreme poverty, and you might not even think to know it.
