The pad for the duster comes right out. I tried tying it down and the pad poops out from between the plastic fork handle. I tried the second one just incase the first one was put in incorrectly and the same thing. This design doesn't work. I am not sure how they hold it in on the commercial, but I can't get the pad to stay secure.

Regarding the handle fit, ensure that both prongs of the handle are fully inserted into the sleeves on the duster. For the Heavy Duty dusters, there are two sleeves located between the fluffy layers.
