HORRIBLE quality, poor fitting, no structure, and I am not sure there is a cheaper fabric made. Even if the fabric was not horrible, I tried it on under a specif blouse (the reason I bought it in the first place) and it looked cheap, cheap, cheap (which is was) and ill fitting. NOT worth the $4 I paid plus the $3 shipping. If I had purchased this at the Dollar Store, I would have returned it. It is that bad. And unfortunately I bought both a black and white version. They are both in the trash. Not worth keeping.
