The product was easy assemble. Washer are to large on OD so just left them off.

The ladder seems good for the money. So far it's working well. It's only been installed for a couple of weeks, so time will tell. The construction seems ok, but the assembly was WAY more difficult than it should have been. I'm pretty savvy in putting things together and on the outset, this seemed like it should be no problem. However, putting each resin step on the stainless steel rails was difficult. They generally slid on fine, but lining up all the holes to put the bolts in was not an easy task. It took what I thought was an excessive amount of time and effort to do it. Other than that, so far the ladder seems to be fine.

Construction seems strong. However, dimensions in catalog for this item are off by several inches. It is narrower than indicated. Made my installation a little difficult.
