Image and received product not the same

The dress in the photo is not the dress that I received. I received a tank top style dress with equal, wide shoulders. It's too late now for me to return it, so I hope my kid (the recipient) will like it, despite the fact that it's not the dress they wanted. The top of the dress is much plainer looking. There are also many loose threads around the seams.
