Quality multivitamin

Bioavailable, easier to absorb. Avoid cheap vitamins like One a Day and Centrum which have cheaper ingredients that may not absorb well. Good product for men 55 . Many of them dont want to take many supplements so this will cover most of what they need.

Long-term Use

MegaFood Mens 55+ seem to have more effective dietary absorbency than other major, so-called natural vitamins. One unofficial example is urinary coloration. Typically with many vitamins, iron and mineral content are passed off in our urine, resulting in brighter or darker (albeit only slightly darker) coloration. Once more, that observation is from personal, long-term use. Additionally (possibly just coincidentally), annual viruses and respiratory irritations (seasonal illnesses) have been substantially reduced, almost non-existent (respiratory, trachea irritations occurring an average of once every 10 years).

this vitamin is good qualty, the packaging is good, as a daily supplement, it's good for everyone, no matter the age. The size is ok, quality is good! Ingredient is ok, taste ok. Will buy it again!
