sent me a used, open product

i got these as a 'stocking stuffer' for my niece..she is in art school. what i didnt bank on is walmart sending me a package that had been previously ripped open and then litterally SCOTCH TAPED together. i couldnt even be sure the blades had not been used and it just looks sloppy so i am returning it. disappointed to say the least.
