Rebuild Instructions & Tips:

[1] During building, use a light amount of grease on cap thread/O ring

[2] Disassemble your unit using proper tools like a face spanner and NOT a hammer and chisel.

[3] When rebuilding any unit clean entire unit inside and out internal debris wear debris can clog valves and cause all sorts of issues

[4] After disassembly is complete be sure to clean everything and check all parts and valves check balls for rust etc.

Note:

[1] If you are in salt water be careful dissembling your unit as the stainless electric motor mounting bolts can and will break off into the unit creating a rebuild more difficult.

[2] Do Not Strip Head Of Manual Release Valve

[3] Avoid dissembling the valve body or pump as this will usually leave you with more issues than what you started with.
