Very interesting book

Makes a good read. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for the last 8 years and has been steadily gaining weight. The book is good becos it explains the condition in detail and also suggest recipes and guidelines on how to lose weight and to maintain it. I'm definitely going to give it a try and hope for the best.
