I Use this Daily

I use the powder each morning, added in with the vitamin-shake-concoction I drink each morning, and it gives me a boost without any afternoon crash. Also, if you have a good vitamin drink mix that doesn't taste well (I have experimented with many), the d-ribose can sweeten it up a bit and make it easier to choke down. :) I really notice when I forget to take it.

Two, two, two supplements in one!

I like to take a malic acid supplement, and to be honest using the plain d-ribose, which I would sprinkle over my cereal, was just too sweet for my taste. I scoop up the d-ribose with malic acid and put it in my palm and simply eat it straight. It's a sweet/sour combo. Either way, separate or together, I think ribose and malic acid is a good combination.
