Warranty information
All after-sales services must comply with this store’s RMA guidelines; purchased products come with a 1-month warranty starting from the delivery date. Within the warranty period, buyers may request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment if the product has manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or accidents, nor does it apply to products that have undergone unauthorized modifications (without the seller’s written approval), were not purchased through this store, or have their own individual warranty policies.
