The tire is fine but the installation is not

I ordered the installation work with the tires. Although the new stems are included in the installation, the old stems were still there after the work. Two days later, the pressure sensor failed and one tire has slow pressure release problem. I have to schedule another time slot to replace the tire pressure sensor and pay for it.
