False advertising but good quality fabric

I put "No" for recommendation due to Fit for a cat. I could of went to the actual store and bought an XS dog harness and it would fit exactly the same. It's too big for my 2 year old cat. I ordered the smallest size and it still wasn't small enough. My cat the first day Escaped from the harness. So, false advertising yet again is prevalent in industrial world. Don't advertise, "escape proof" when it is clearly too big and wasnt tested on cats in situations that allow you to claim it is. The quality is just fine and holds up, but it is.for dogs not cats.
