THIS FAUCET IS AWESOME 4 IN ONE

Spray, Reg pullout hose, dish soap at a press, easy to lift up with my little finger very smooth operation easy hookup, it was harder and longer getting the old stuff out than putting in the peerless. Its worth the price for this piece of mind and ingenuity.

Warranty

The faucet give me a many years of utility. When it breaking,i'm calling Peerless. The representative find me a personal how speak french and together they find to me a solution to repair my faucet. The send me a part and honor the warranty without tell to me 100 000 reasons to unhonor or they don't ask me 100 000 question to. The technical support was very good ! Tintin-Québec, Canada

My faucet moans like a haunted house

My Peerless pull-out faucet was a great concept but in reality it moans when I turn on the water and it can be heard all through the house. I called support and they sent me a replacement cartridge very quickly but as soon as I installed it we were back to the moaning again. Not sure what to do next except contact Peerless again and see what they recommend. I bought the unit years ago but only just installed it so it's a little embarrassing having to explain how my honey-do list was so far behind.
