The melting chocolate ive tried so far 🍫

Exceeded my expectations! I used a melting pot I have specifically for chocolate instead of the microwave instructions. I also added coconut oil into my blend with some cinnamon and pinch of salt. pros: smooth, easily melted, not chalky like some of the other brands I have used. Great Taste. I can tell it's higher quality then a lot of other melting chocolates on the market. Come in different flavors. I got the dark chocolate. The color and texture came out beautifully it was easy to transfer into the chocolate mold because the flow was smooth. cons: none I would recommend this chocolate to anyone interested in making chocolate. Perfect melting chocolate for sweets

Nice chocolate wafers for melting. The wafers are a little larger than chocolate chips and flatter. I used the microwave and instructions to melt a quarter cup and used over a puff pastry treat with success. They harden back to a slight hard coating, enough so that the chocolate doesn't stay on your hands after it's cooled. The taste is true to dark chocolate although I'd say it's on the sweeter side compared to a dark chocolate bar. The color keeps well it's dark brown to black, and once melted it can be poured with the help of a silicone spatula.

Honestly these taste so good you could just eat them. They melt beautifully, have a nice color and they dip nicely and don't get hard quickly.
