I have to be careful with spicy foods because they upset my stomach. A family member loves Weber Kick'n Chicken Seasoning, so I decided to give it a try even though I was afraid it would be too spicy. I was not disappointed, though. Oh my goodness! I love this stuff! It can be hot if you use a lot, but using just a little gives a nice warmth without being spicy. I use it to season my chicken, add it to my homemade chicken broth when simmering the chicken, and mix it with mayo to dip my fries in. It is also gluten-free, which is a must for me. This will always be in my kitchen from now on.

I put it on fish, chicken (of course), and pork chops. Many times, I'll put extra-virgin olive oil in the pan and then sprinkle this seasoning into the oil. Once the oil is hot, I place the meat in it. Not only does the meat taste great, but any extra oil left in the pan can also be used as a sauce to dribble onto the cooked meat.
