It's neoprene material and I love the wide band that goes across the back of shoulder keep the brace stable along with the bicep strap. It's provides enough coverage for shoulder and feels very light and comfortable. The separate gel pack holds the coldness very well and it's a very easy installation within product. I would recommend this product for small-medium size built person.
