Introduction
The solid-liquid separator, also known as a solid-liquid separating machine or manure dewatering machine or manure disposal machine, is an integrated device designed for dewatering livestock and poultry manure. The liquid organic fertilizer can be directly applied to crop absorption, while the solid organic fertilizer can be transported to fertilizer-deficient areas for application, also improves soil structure and can be further processed into organic compound fertilizer through fermentation.
Precaution
Ensure that the manure has good flowability and is free of long fibers and hard objects, such as convenient bags, iron wires, stone and nails.
Do not use the separated waste water as raw manure diluent to be reused.
Let a professional electrician conduct wiring operation, and ensure reliable grounding.(The machine is not equipped with a power cord; please prepare one according to your needs.)
During operation, do not open the machine cover, do not touch the rotating parts, and do not clean the feeding inlet with hand or tool.
The separated solid manure residue can be used as a raw material for organic fertilizer, while the liquid portion should be directed to a sedimentation tank for treatment before being applied to farmland. Direct discharge of untreated effluent is strictly prohibited to prevent environmental pollution.
Operation Method:
Installation: The installation position can be selected according to the actual site conditions of the breeding farm. It is advisable to choose the relatively flat terrain that facilitates the conveyance of liquid manure and the discharge of separated liquid. The discharge pipes should avoid sharp bends and right angles to reduce the flow resistance of the discharged liquid. If the machine is installed outdoors, a simple rain shelter can be constructed. The main machine motor and the motor of the matched dedicated non-clogging auger pump shall be connected to the main control distribution panel of the entire equipment set.
Connection of Conveying Pipe and Drainage Pipe: The machine is equipped with a conveying pipe for connecting the pump and the main machine. Sleeve the conveying pipe to the pump outlet and the feeding inlet of the separator correspondingly, and fasten it with clamp hoops. Then connect the overflow pipe to the overflow discharging outlet, and place the other end into the manure pit.
Trial Running: Turn on the main machine motor, start it, confirm that the screw shaft rotates in the correct direction, then shut it down. Lift the connecting rod to the highest position, open the discharging outlet flap, twist waste newspapers or used woven bags into balls, stuff them into the residue outlet, and put down the connecting rod. Install the counter weight and press it by hand. Then start the pump, and then turn on the main machine motor. Wait until liquid stops flowing out of the residue outlet, and then slowly release your hand. The connecting rod will push outward again. Remove the newspapers or woven bags stuffed in the residue outlet, and then the separated solid residue will be continuously extruded out.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The machine shall be cleaned once every 15 days to ensure the filtration effect of the filter net and the low moisture content of the extruded solids. If the liquid discharged from the liquid outlet decreases or the discharged solids are found to have high moisture content during operation, you may perform stop and start cycles independently for several times.
