adjustable resistance is great

This unit has adjustable resistance, much better than my old spring stick which starts to rust. The adjustment is easy to do. It is loved by me and my high school son who also needs to work out on arm and core for his varsity hockey games. now officially we can have a competition on this unit!

A lot of machines, in a small package 💪🏽

This is a workout machine by itself, just easier to store away. After using it for just 2 days, I feel very tight. Depending on your grip, it hits bis, tris, shoulders, back, and chest. If you go into a squat position while doing these or walking lunges, you'll also hit your legs. This should be in every home gym. I rate it 5 bicep curls 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
