No impressed

I see there are now only 7 sachets instead of 8, maybe that's why there appears to be a shortage of the product in the shops. You are running the 8 size down. To bring in the 7 size. Not impressed

Terrible new plastic sachets

The cappuccino is great but the new plastic sachets are terrible. They spilt in the middle when you try to open them and you spill the coffee trying to empty the sachet. The old paper type sachets tore across the top and were far better.

My last time buying nescafe !!

the fact you have sneakily made it 7 cups now instead of 8, you can forget it. taking people for fools with your shrinkflation. a very loyal customer lost.
