Note: Product was received for free. This table looks quite nice and seems to be sturdily constructed; the frame itself is all metal with plastic feet to prevent scraping. The “wicker” shelf is made out of a plasticky material that feels like it may not last too long; I definitely wouldn't trust it with anything particularly heavy. Now onto the rougher part: The instructions say assembly needs one person and will take about 10 minutes. It took me half an hour at least and it would have been nice to have an extra person to help. The pieces don't fit together quite right in places, so I ended up having to contort to shove it into position to fight the last screw in to connect the shelf to the table proper. This was despite following the instruction's advice to not fully screw in the screws right away until every screw had been started. One of the screw holes on the shelf had not been carved out properly, so I was only able to get the screw in about 70% of the way before it stripped and refused to go any further regardless of what tool I used (pictured). Thankfully, the other three shelf screws went in all the way, so it's still stable and well-attached. Connecting the legs to the base went fine overall, but attaching the shelf was the worst part in general. As pointed out in the photos, the screws go upwards into the shelf (I assume so they're not visible), so your options are to either have the shelf “float” with nothing to rest on and be held up shakily in place with one hand while you try to finagle the first screw into place with the other, or flip the table right-side-up and try to force the screw upwards into place and line it up blind. Overall, it seems like a sturdy little patio table and it will look nice on my porch, but I only recommend getting this if you have someone to help put it together.
