This little ash bucket is charming. A squat vessel, it's a classic shape with an added bit of refinement from the wooden handle. I can't comment on how it holds up to hot ash, as we're going off-label and using it outside our door to collect used dog poop baggies! The tightly fitting lid keeps odors at bay yet remains easy to lift off with one hand. It's just what I was looking for to replace the unsightly bucket we had previously been using for this purpose. I've purchased a second one to hold my hand tools for gardening. You could use this little guy for just about anything!
