Operating Instructions
1. Please select a screen mesh of the appropriate size according to your specific needs.
2. Connect to the power supply. Before initial use, run the machine idle for 3–5 minutes to ensure normal operation before feeding materials. Note: Always start the machine before feeding any materials.
3. During the crushing process, if any metal or hard foreign objects are detected, they must be removed immediately to prevent damage to the machine.
Precautions:
1. Before processing materials, ensure all hard foreign objects such as stones and metal are thoroughly removed to prevent them from entering the machine and causing damage.
2. Operators should not wear gloves and must stand on the side of the crusher during feeding to prevent injury from rebounding debris.
3. During operation, constantly monitor the operating status of the crusher. Feed materials evenly to prevent clogging and overload avoidance. Do not operate under excessive load for extended periods. If vibration, abnormal noise, overheated bearings or body, or material spillage are observed, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Only resume work after troubleshooting is complete.
