I use the shock doctor undergarment for cycling and kickboxing. They are powerful. I do not get the joint pain in the lower extremities after my workout. I wear the compression socks and they are just as snugged. The products are highly recommended. You can wash and wear over and over and still have quality compression with SHOCK DOCTOR.
