The FXN-S20 Fire Suppressing Sticker activates automatically when exposed to elevated heat, releasing a clean agent from encapsulated microcapsules to suppress incipient electrical fires at the source. This automatic fire suppression sticker requires no wiring, power supply, or maintenance, making it ideal for switchboards, breaker panels, battery cabinets, telecom enclosures, and industrial control systems. The FireXNull FXN-S20 Automatic Fire Suppression Sticker is electrically non-conductive, leaves no residue, and causes no equipment damage, allowing systems to remain operational with minimal downtime. FIREXNULL LIMITED WARRANTY AND REGULATORY POLICY 1. Intended Application: The Products are engineered as passive, early-stage fire suppression components designed specifically for enclosed environments. The Products are intended to complement, not replace, facility-wide active fire protection systems or traditional fire extinguishers. Company makes no representation or warranty that the Products satisfy specific local, municipal, or regional fire codes. Distributor acts solely as a retail or wholesale channel; end-users remain solely responsible for ensuring that specific applications and installations comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations. 2. Drop-Ship Return Policy: Because Products are shipped directly to end-users, Distributor shall not be responsible for inbound wholesale inspection. Company will accept returns for material non-conformance with the Purchase Order (including incorrect SKU or quantity) or out-of-box manufacturing defects reported within thirty (30) days of delivery to the end-user. Distributor must submit a written claim and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Company. Failure to request an RMA within this thirty (30) day period constitutes final acceptance. Claims for transit damage must be submitted to the applicable freight carrier and are not eligible for return to Company. Approved claims will be resolved, at Companyâs discretion, by refund, credit, or replacement. 3. 1-Year Limited Warranty: Company warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will materially conform to Companyâs published Technical Data Sheets and Installation Instructions in effect at the time of manufacture (âPublished Specificationsâ) for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the end-user. This limited warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects and does not guarantee performance in preventing or suppressing any fire event. 4. Conditions and Exclusions: This warranty applies only if the Product is properly stored, handled, installed, and used in accordance with Company instructions. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of proper installation and use. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, abnormal environmental conditions, electrical faults, external fire events, product activation or consumption due to heat or fire exposure, or normal material aging. 5. 5-Year Estimated Service Life: When properly stored, handled, installed, and used in accordance with Company instructions, the Products have an estimated service life of up to five (5) years from the date of delivery. This service life is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a warranty, guarantee of performance, or extension of the 1-Year Limited Warranty. Service life may be reduced if the Product is stored for extended periods prior to installation or used outside recommended conditions. 6. Sole Remedy and Limitation of Liability: Companyâs sole liability and the exclusive remedy shall be, at Companyâs option, repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the defective Product. Companyâs total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME. 8. Consumer Notice (U.S.): FOR PRODUCTS SOLD TO U.S. CONSUMERS: SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
