[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick Pros & Cons List: + Very quick install & ready to use instantly + Mopping multiple kinds of surfaces in one swoop + Swivel head & glides with ease + Guide light makes it easy to see spills and crumbs + Goes into auto sleep-mode when in upright position + Area rugs dry quickly after mopping + Self-cleaning after use (though parts still require cleaning by hand) – Vacuum suction isn't strong enough to replace regular vacuum cleaner (required two passes on Turbo Mode for pet hair on rug) – Water tank will drip a little bit when removed from machine after using mop mode – More parts require cleaning after mop mode than I realized (but no cleaning required if only using vacuum mode) – Takes roughly two days for parts to completely dry after using mop mode (cannot use to vacuum until all parts are fully dry) Details: I am a stay-at-home mom with twin 4 y/o boys. We have a mix of hard woods, tile, area rugs, and carpet in our home. For a multi-floor surface machine, the power is perfect. Not too strong that it will suck up the edges of your rugs, but still strong enough to do a quick cleaning. The mop and scrubbing will send your old mop to the curb, while the vacuum feature is fine for quick touch-ups, but you will want to hold on to your normal vacuum for stronger suction. This machine is perfect for keeping your house tidy from day-to-day messes. I love it for our hard wood floors in the kitchen, and that it glides under chairs to get crumbs under the dining room table. Stuck-on grime requires a few passes on the mop mode while everyday spills clean up in one pass. I really like that I can use this as a vacuum only without having to commit to mopping at the same time. I use it as a vacuum most often, as there is a bit of cleaning required after using the mop mode. The HydroScrub technology is great for the stuck-on grime. It's a nice option to have and like that it's easy to turn that setting on and off quickly. Overall, I give this machine two thumbs up & will definitely be referring my friends!
