Love my steak knives!

Got my steak knives, they were for our camping trip in the RV and we were thrilled with the quality! They have a nice heft, and the texture of the handle is a matte honed aluminum, easy to grip, easy to clean. We are very happy with this knife set, it completes the kitchen utensils for our trips. What is camping without steak on the grill, and a decent knife?
