Impoved Sleep Quality
I felt like this product overall improved my ability to relax and fall asleep after a long stressful day. I noticed a slight decrease in my heart BPM while sleeping and overall, I felt it had a positive impact on my ability to relax after a hard day. I don't particularly have very high blood pressure, but I do feel like my ability to relax improved while taking this supplement. There weren't any stomach issues after taking the supplement either. Overall, I'd probably purchase the supplement again if my work's operational tempo increased again.

My nail tech commented!
I have been taking Beau-T daily for 6 months. Yesterday, I had my nails done and the nail tech asked what I do to keep my nails so strong, healthy, and bright white. She said 90% of her clients don't have nails that are so healthy, and she wrote down the name and website for Beau-T from LifeSeasons! I will keep taking it. My hair is thicker than ever before, too.

So glad I found this
I'm getting married in a few months and to prepare my hair, skin and nails I've been taking Beau-T. I've noticed a big difference in all 3! My skin is clearer, my hair has grown a lot longer, and my nails seem stronger. Some people spend hundreds of dollars on beauty treatments before their wedding but by taking this daily I don't need any of that. Will continue to take even after my wedding and recommend to all my friends!
