Key item features

Welcome to Vegas. New Vegas. It's the kind of town where you dig your own grave prior to being shot in the head and left for dead... and that's before things really get ugly. It's a town of dreamers and desperados being torn apart by warring factions vying for complete control of this desert oasis. It's a place where the right kind of person with the right kind of weaponry can really make a name for themselves, and make more than an enemy or two along the way. As you battle your way across the heat-blasted Mojave Wasteland, the colossal Hoover Dam, and the neon drenched Vegas Strip, you'll be introduced to a colorful cast of characters, power-hungry factions, special weapons, mutated creatures and much more. Choose sides in the upcoming war or declare "winner takes all" and crown yourself the King of New Vegas in this follow-up to the 2008 videogame of the year, Fallout 3.

Greatest Gamble In The World

Thinking about gambling? Well, come on down to New Vegas! Where we we have Blackjack, Caravan, Slots, and Roulette (Wish they added Poker and Craps; Maybe they can make it a DL Add-On Content). If you ain't a gamblin' man, then maybe you should just explore the harsh dessert of Mojave. You won't last 10 minutes, I can bet on that. This game is simply the best, tons of weapons including upgrades, miles of dessert to explore, and best of all, the freedom to choose how to play. Be good, evil, or both. Still have the options from Fallout 3 and more (Such as you can look down the barrel of your weapon as you fire; COD Style) --This was from my Playstation 3 Review-- The PC version is better with certain drawbacks. You have no hot key weapons making weapon selections constantly from your pip-boy. Controls take time getting used to, but is best when you're an advanced player and now how to modify controls according your best abilities. Easiest way of gaining the best control over the game was with an XBOX 360 Wired Controller. Hooked it up and it just took the game and the controls right over like it was an XBOX 360. In fact, the controls automatically set from what were already designed on the 360 which was easy and amazing. The frame rate of the game is excellent, but depends from PC to PC. I have a: Dell Inspiron 15 N5050 Laptop intel core 2n Gen i3-2350m 2.3GHz Dual-Core Processor 6GB DDR3 SDRAM @1333MHz 64MB Video/128MB through Dedicated (Max 128MB) I recommend: CPU: 2.7GHz/3.4GHz intel core 2nd Gen or higher/similar & higher RAM: 8GB GPU: 512MB/1GB of Dedicated Video Memory (Mininum being 128MB/256MB)
