Warranty information
This product is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty period is five (5) years from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any part or product that proves to be defective due to improper material or workmanship at no charge to the original purchaser. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or use in commercial or industrial environments. It also does not cover cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or corrosion caused by harsh chemicals or improper cleaning agents. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order information and a description of the issue. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
