Product details
Eliminates spread of disease-causing microorganisms in aquariums and for use in pond filters/skimmers to destroy free-floating algae. Features inc. Splash Boot, creating a water-resistant seal around electrical connections, 4-pin connector for easy bulb replacement w/o system shutdown, plus a high-quality quartz bulb for max UV transmission & longer life. End cap wire design lowers bulb for enhanced output & heat protection. UL-listed ballast, compression coupling & gasket to seal quartz sleeve to cap. Test tube-style quartz sleeve isolates UV bulb from water, allowing optimal bulb temp. Replaceable Internal Overflow Pipe vents air from chamber, directing 100% of water flow past UV light. Sleeve Guide ensures quartz sleeve in correct position for assembly. Replaceable Inner Protective Sleeve shields housing from UV damage & acts as internal reflector to boost efficiency. Modular Construction connects to any Lifegard Modular Filter System or external filter. Solid Cap w/ Clear
