[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the color of these shoes is gorgeous! I enjoy the way these shoes hug my feet, they are tight in all of the right places for stability, yet roomy where they need to be- like in the toe box. I work out regularly at boot camp style gym, they do various strength and conditioning days. I have found that these shoes allow me to perform better in the conditioning camps with the high intensity work outs. Running is more comfortable than my previous training shoe, I found that these shoes give a bit more bounce on the sprint, allowing for a more controlled run. I do switch to a flatter shoe when focusing on heavy weight lifting. I fear the higher heel on this shoe would cause weakness in my ankles during leg days. Over all, a great shoe. I love mine.
