I use this recovery shoulder brace after workouts, I usually place a small ice pack in the section of the sleeves that cross over the top of the brace, it fits inside that little section well. Man does that help, especially if you need surgery! Don't hesitate on anything copper compression, they are the best!

I have rotator cuff issues and this shoulder sleeve helps to restrict my movement when I am exercising. I like this one because it comes further down my arm. It is comfortable and easy to adjust
