The fan motor was damaged in shipping. I started the refund process right away. To my surprise the company contacted me and sent a very sincere apology and offered refund or replace. I decided for a refund only because it's too big for my small apartment. The quality is amazing. The base is strong and solid . The fan covers are solid as well. I've had cheap ones and not necessarily in price that the base was not heavy enough to hold the fan sturdy. The back color is sharp. The blades are gray which looks great with the black. I highly recommend this product. Even with the motor was damaged in transit, given the outstanding quality of the rest of the fan I can only say I can say is what is advertised is what it is. I liked the width of the fan itself. Just too big for me. I bought it online from my Walmart app. 5 star! Highly recommended. No relation to the business ! Lol
