The Mineral B Country Fry Pan is made of carbon steel: 99% iron and 1% carbon, the most natural cooking material. This Country Fry Pan becomes naturally nonstick after seasoning, without any chemicals or synthetic coating, and gets better the more you use it. Use the Country Fry Pan for sautéing, simmering, deep frying, stir frying, etc. With its high sides, this pan allows for a large variety of uses and meal options.

This pan is handmade in France, and has a signature beeswax coating to protect against oxidation. The traditional French handle has epoxy coating. The pan requires seasoning and should be hand washed without harsh soaps or materials that will strip the seasoning.
