I was in need of a .50mm derma roller after graduating from the .30 and came across this. I love that it comes in a plastic carrying case (doesn't lock though) so the needles don't get bent. It's basic but what else do you honestly need for your face. The needles seem sturdy enough when rolling them and I feel it's a great addition to my derma collection. I have zero complaints for the price!

DO NOT push or put too much pressure it will make your scalp bleed 🩸 otherwise..easy to use and easy to keep it sterile ..roll it over clean alcohol wipe before use !
