Big bites on a tiny bait

This microbait was probably designed as an ice fishing bait, but it has proven deadly in open water on white perch, yellowvperch, bluegill, and especially, crappie. The weight is tungsten, so it fishes everywhere. I prefer the 1/16 oz size, which casts easily on ultralight tackle; but, it also fishes easily under a float. I have fished this bait on heavily pressured ponds, and it often performs better than live bait. I don't think you could do better.
